Have a res @ CRT @ 9:45pm. Concerned the kids MIGHT not make it as we are flying in that day and will be up since 4am. If we show up with two sleepers will they wave the cancellation fee or adjust the charge to who actually eats?

Hi Sandra! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your trip is coming up soon and I know your whole family must be SO excited! My family dined at Cinderella's Royal Table less than two weeks ago and it was a truly magical experience!

As long as your party shows up for the dining reservation, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, so no worries there! As for the potential sleeping kiddos, you should be able to have the bill adjusted to reflect the non-eaters. Just let the Cast Member assisting you know your situation once you are seated at your table. I have the pickiest eaters on the planet in my family, and on our trip last week we often picked up food from another Quick-Service location and had our kids munch on that while my husband and I enjoyed our favorite Table-Service restaurants. In each of those instances, we were not charged for our children at the Table-Service restaurants. The Cast Members were very understanding!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Sandra! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
