Hi, Linda! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for bringing us another great question! Breakfast at
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is one of my older daughter's favorite ways to begin our Epcot day. We have had such magical mornings there with the Disney Princesses and those delicious cheesy breakfast potatoes. Okay, so the potatoes are always
my favorite part of the morning!
The Walt Disney World Resort theme parks regularly open for guests by 9:00 a.m. each day, earlier on days the park hosts
Extra Magic Hours. Since your breakfast is not until 9:30 a.m., you will enter Epcot as it opens for all guests and explore as you like until the time of your meal. Since the
Frozen Ever After attraction is directly adjacent to this dining venue, then you can try to hop aboard for a quick sail through Arendelle. However, please note that this attraction is very popular with guests and if you want to go for a quick sail before your breakfast, you will need to arrive at the park's entrance early that morning. Arriving early, such as no later than 8:15 a.m., will help you be towards the front of the line at the entrance and expedite your entry to the park. Once you enter, head straight back to the Norway Pavilion for your best chance at riding with little wait. The exit to this attraction is directly across from the entrance to Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.
I do want to encourage you to look for Frozen Ever After
FastPass+ availability, which will make your day much easier. Then, you would not have to worry about rushing to ride it first thing in the morning or possibly missing your breakfast. All guests are able to make up to three FastPass+ selections for each day of their visit. These can be made 30 days in advance of your day in Epcot, or up to 60 days in advance if you are
staying in a Disney Resort Hotel.
Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
