Ahoy, Kathy!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your important question. The
current Disney Cruise Line policy is that you do not have to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to sail. It’s highly recommended that all Guests become fully vaccinated before sailing and that any unvaccinated Guests take a COVID-19 test two days prior to embarkation.
The best place to stay informed about this whole new world we’re in is the
Disney Cruise Line Guide to Updated Experiences. This
Know Before You Go site has detailed protocol information by location, including links to local regulations that Disney adheres to for each port of call. I highly recommend you continue to visit this important website regularly until your sail date, as things can change.
There’s nothing quite like a Disney cruise! My family loves the personalized service, magical Disney touches, and exciting destinations that await when we set sail. If you don’t have an itinerary booked yet, be sure to review the endless opportunities for
each ship and
destination. (Have you seen the amazing
Disney+ subscriber offer?)
If you do have a vacation planned, you can read about the many
Port Adventures available for your itinerary and be ready to reserve your cruise activities when available. If your plans include a stop at
Disney Castaway Cay, don’t miss the Frozen-inspired Summertime Freeze smoothie stand for a refreshing treat (I like them as a mid-morning beach snack).
Please don't hesitate to ask us any additional questions you may have about a Disney Cruise Line vacation.
Bon voyage!
Amy
