Hey Denise,
Welcome to
planDisney!
Your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is right around the corner! It looks like you’ll be paying Mickey, Minnie and the rest of their friends a visit next week! Some of the policies at the Disneyland Resort have been updated recently and it’s a good idea to check the
website so you can be up to date before your visit. One of the recent updates has been for face coverings. All guests ages 2 and up are required to wear face coverings when indoors (Which could include some attractions and queues), enclosed transportation vehicles, regardless of their vaccination status. Face coverings are optional in most outdoor areas.
At this time, the Disneyland Resort does not offer refunds on tickets. According to the Disneyland Resort website, it states
All tickets, and associated features and entitlements, are nonrefundable, nontransferable, revocable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Tickets may not be sold or transferred for commercial use. If face coverings are the only reason for canceling, I recommend you postpone your trip until these restrictions are not in place any longer. Check to see when your tickets expire so you can reschedule your trip before that. If your tickets do expire, you can always use the value paid for your tickets towards the purchase of new tickets.
Well Denise, I hope you find this information useful and it helps you plan accordingly.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
