requested the Tokelau longhouse for my vacation as rooms are bigger all with balconies, no parking lot views. given the fact it's probably going to be cold and my children are 4 and 2, is there a better choice? Closer perhaps? W do U think? Many thanks,

Aloha Christian. Get ready to enjoy a tropical vacation right in the middle of Walt Disney World!
The Polynesian really is a relaxing oasis in the heart of the magic and I consider it to be one of my favorite resort hotels!

One of the best unofficial websites I've found for all-things-Poly is: www.tikimanpages.com. If you select the Longhouses section about half way down the main page, you'll find wonderfully detailed reviews of each of the 11 buildings offering accommodations so that you can get a pretty good idea of what areas of the resort you like best. Tokelau is known for being in a central location in close proximity to the Great Ceremonial House (main building) and the resort's recreational amenities.  Niue is also known for being in a great location however, the 2nd floor rooms do not have balconies.

Please keep in mind that unless there are medical concerns involved, room location requests are not guaranteed although the cast members will certainly try their best to accommodate your needs.

No matter which location you choose, you're certain to have a pixie-dusted Polynesian Disney vacation!
