I've requested a Disney Planning DVD, and I just got a small book instead. Is this normal?

    Hi Tabitha,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is a lot of fun and watching the Disney Parks Vacation Planning DVD is a great way to get started planning your magical visit!

Based on my experience, the DVD can take up to four weeks to arrive. You may have received the booklet prior to your DVD arriving. If it has been more than four weeks, I would request another DVD. You may end up receiving more than one copy and if so, you can always share the magic with a friend!

Please come visit us again if you need any help planning your Walt Disney World Resort visit!
