    I have requested a copy of the free planning DVD 2 times now and it has never arrived. Any tips?

    Hi Pam:

    That sounds frustrating that you are having trouble ordering the vacation planning DVD.  Every year I look forward to those DVDs. 

    What I would do is to order the DVD to be delivered to a different address, perhaps to the house or employer of a spouse, family member, or friend (of course give your spouse, family member, or friend a head's up first).  I would also consider ordering the DVD online if you've tried ordering by phone, or ordering it by phone (407) 939-6244 if you've tried ordering it online.  If you feel the issue may be the computer, perhaps try to order the DVD from a different computer.

    Good luck.  It's a frustrating experience, but hopefully one of these ideas (try them all simultaneously) will help you get that DVD.
