    Can you request an upgrade on a room?

    Hi Melanie,

    Welcome and thanks for your question! When staying in a Disney Resort Hotel, you will have the option to do Online Check-In ahead of your arrival. With Online Check-In, you will have a few options to add certain requests to your reservation depending on the Resort.

    You may always request an upgrade when you arrive, but Cast Members may or may not have the availability to accommodate you. If such an option is available, there may be an additional fee as well.

    We don't spend a lot of time in our room so I typically request things like ground floor or close to the lobby and in my experience, these selections have been available.
