    when can you request a specific room in the Riverside resort?

    Hi Patricia - Room requests aren't guaranteed, but you can absolutely make one if you'd like.  It's best for you to request specific attributes (e.g., near the lobby) than a specific room number, because it gives the hotel staff more options.

    To make your room request, I'd recommend that you call the resort directly about ten days in advance.  Ask for the "back office".
