Gerson, my most recent hotel stay at Walt Disney World just so happened to be at
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort! I visited with my 10-year-old son, who absolutely loved the theming of the entire hotel. Since baseball is one of his favorite sports, we also requested a room in Homerun Hotel. We especially liked walking through the football section each day on our way to and from Stadium Hall, and that the
Grand Slam Pool was just steps away from our room. Some general room requests can be made in your
My Disney Experience account, but if you're hoping to request a specific room number, you'll want to
call and speak with a Cast Member in Tickets and Hotel Reservations. As a reminder, room requests cannot be guaranteed, but can be noted with your reservation. While you're preparing for your trip, you may find the

Since you'll be visiting this summer, don't forget that you can take advantage of
free water park admission on your check-in day! Last summer, we headed straight for
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park after checking in and had the most
SPLASH-tacular day. Whether you enjoy taking it easy on
Cross Country Creek or prefer big thrills like
Summit Plummet, there is a lot to see and experience at the water parks!
