How can I request a specific building at the All Star Music resort?

Hi Ricardo! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Having stayed at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort myself, I am so excited for you and your upcoming vacation! Sometimes, during Online Check-in, Guests can select from a list of options that include specific sections of the Disney Resort hotel. Other Times, the only options are “low floor” or “high floor”, but I would definitely give that a try, keeping in mind that you will only be able to request a room category that you have booked (Standard/Preferred) and that these are treated as requests and not guarantees. Another option would be to contact Disney Reservations and have them make a note on your file with your request.

Finally, I have always had great luck faxing in my room requests directly to the Resort hotel I am staying at. The fax number for Disney's All-Star Music Resort is (407) 939-7222. I was recently chatting with a Disney Resort hotel manager, and I asked him if people still sent in room requests via fax and he assured me that they do. I have also heard that certain Resort hotels no longer accept fax requests- but it can’t hurt to try! If you plan on faxing a request, I have heard that the magic number to do so is 4 days before your arrival date. Again, these are requests and not guarantees but I am certainly sending you a sprinkling of Pixie Dust!

Come back real soon and have a magical day,

    Jen
