can we request (2 separate reservations) rooms be side by side

Hello Jayne! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by with a question for us! I’m glad to hear you’re planning a Walt Disney World vacation soon. With so many Guests ready to return to the magic, there has never been a better time to pay a visit! Plus, many of our most beloved attractions and experiences are making a return as well!

Linking your two Disney Resort Hotel room reservations is definitely doable. In fact, during the booking process, there is a step where you can mention that you wish to be near another room, and you will be asked for the name of the Guest the other room will be reserved under. Also, after you have made your Reservations, consider calling Disney Reservations by phone to have this request noted within your Reservations as well. Lastly, it never hurts to make these requests at the time of Check-In! Of course, requests are not guaranteed and subject to availability, but Cast Members always try to make magic where they can!

Jayne, I hope that this information helps you make plans for your group! Please know that we are here for you during any stage of your planning and delighted to help!
