I would like to request an under the sea room at Caribbean Beach resort. I know I can’t directly reserve that room, but which room type should I reserve?

Welcome to planDisney, Jennifer! Excellent choice on your Disney Resort hotel, friend!

I recommend booking a room with a 5th sleeper to try and stay in one of the Under the Sea rooms in the Trinidad area of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. After booking, to request a room in this building, I would speak with a Cast Member over the phone to add your preference. When checking in at your Resort, I suggest reconfirming your request with the Front Desk. Please remember that these are requests and cannot be guaranteed. That said, Cast Members will do all they can to accommodate Guest needs, subject to availability.

You've already made a magical choice in Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort! Fantastic dining options and easy access to Disney's Skyliner (my ultimate transportation option in Walt Disney World) make it a top-notch pick. The Spyglass Grill, again located in the Trinidad area of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, offers two menus - one for breakfast and the other for lunch and dinner. The menus are varied and have something to suit most tastes. You can even pick up a speciality cocktail like a Strawberry Margarita for a spectacular sundowner overlooking Barefoot Bay.

Jennifer, I'm confident that no matter where you stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, it'll be fantastic! I'm sending a little pixie dust along with this response to try and help you secure the Little Mermaid-themed room you would like!

    Have a fabulous Disney day!
