    How can request rooms close to the main building in the Port Orleans Riverside ? I phoned Disney and gave my reservation number but was told that this had to be requested by my travel agent. Can you help please Travel Agent not sure how to do this!!!

    When booking through a Travel Agent, resort room requests must be made by the agent.

    The Travel Agent needs to call the number that was used to make your reservation and ask to have your request noted on your reservation. It's very simple and done all the time by agents.

    Remember that Walt Disney World tries to fulfill requests, however they are not guaranteed.
