If you request a room do you usually get it??

Hi Janie! Walt Disney World Resorts will certainly try to accommodate all guest requests. However, you can imagine how many they receive so it is never a guarantee.

It is best not to request a specific room or site but instead a general area or building. You will have better luck with that then a room. If there is a specific reason for your request then add that to your notes such as difficulty walking and need to be close to main building or bus depots etc.

You can imagine what kind of puzzle the room assigner has in front of them when putting it all together. I have known some of the resort room assigners in the past and they are always trying to please the guests. They will do everything possible to make the magic happen but sometimes it is out of their hands. This is especially true when guests extend their stays.

Send in your request and wish for the best!
