Happiest Greetings on Earth, Todd, and welcome to planDisney! Thank you for asking this question and I hope we can get you some answers to help you continue planning your next Disneyland Resort question.
Visiting
Disneyland Resort with friends and loved ones is my favorite way to experience the magic! It's always better to share those special memories with the ones you hold dear. While requests like room locations are not always guaranteed, I'll be happy to share how to make this request on your hotel reservation. If you have a confirmed reservation at one of the three
Disneyland Resort hotels, you can call
Guest Services and give them the confirmation numbers for all hotel reservations currently booked among your travel group. For this request, I'd recommend starting with the Vacation Packages line, since the Cast Members will likely be able to access your reservation information. Then, ask them to place a note on the reservations indicating that your group is traveling together.
In addition, you can
call the hotel property directly within 10 days of your check-in date and make this request with the front desk staff. They will also be able to place this note on your reservation so that you have multiple opportunities to express your wishes for your hotel accommodations to be placed next to or very near each other.
Finally, my last recommendation is to ensure that your hotel reservations are linked to your Disney account. You can do this online using the
Link Resort Reservation page, and be sure to note the confirmation number, the check-in date, and the name of the primary Guest who made the original reservation for each confirmation you would like to link.
Todd, hopefully, these strategies will give you the best chance for your hotel reservations to be made near your friends. With a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, your wishes just might come true! If we can help with any other recommendations or personal
advice for traveling with a group, please come back and share your questions with us, here at
planDisney. We'd love to help!
Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
