Hello Sarah, and welcome to planDisney! Your visit to
Walt Disney World is coming up soon, lucky you!
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, a part of
Disney Resort Collection hotels, is considered a
Deluxe Resort, and because of the additional space, may be able to provide a rollaway bed. These requests are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Simply make your request with the friendly Cast Member when checking in and they may be able to work their magic for you! But please keep in mind that the number of Guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the room unless the extra Guest is an infant under the age of three sleeping in a crib or pack-and-play. If you are staying in a Resort, Water, or Savanna View room, your room will have two (2) Queen Beds, accommodating up to four (4) adults. If you are staying in a Deluxe Studio, you will still be able to accommodate up to four (4) adults, but instead of two (2) Queen Beds, you will have one (1) Queen Bed and one (1) Double-Size Sleeper Sofa. If you booked a Suite or Villa, the sleeping arrangements will increase the number of Guests able to be accommodated.
Since you are staying at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, I feel obligated to recommend dinner at
Sanaa, my “must-do” dinner reservation for every visit. Being able to take in the view of the savanna while enjoying the
Indian-style Bread Service, is an unforgettable meal and experience.
I hope you this answers your question, Sarah, and I hope you enjoy your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World!
