Hello Jennifer,
Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney, and thanks for your question.
While the
theme park tickets you purchased to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are nonrefundable, the good news is that you do have some options for using them for a future visit. If you take a look at the
"Modifications and Cancellations" section of the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page, you'll see that Disneyland Resort has extended expiration dates for many ticket types. In addition,
you can typically apply the amount you paid for tickets towards the purchase of new tickets for a future visit.
Another piece of good news to share, and you might have already learned this, is that
Guests from outside the state of California can visit the Disneyland Resort theme parks beginning June 15, 2021.
One additional bit of helpful information to share is that the
Theme Park Reservations system has recently been enhanced so that Guests can purchase theme park tickets and make theme park reservations in the same step. For Guests like you who have already purchased theme park tickets, but who have not yet made theme park reservations, the system will let you make your theme park reservations. It's a good idea to take a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar so you can see when theme park reservations are available.
Hopefully, Jennifer, you'll have an opportunity to enjoy all the magic of
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. There so much magic awaiting you.
Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
