Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Michael. Thanks for dropping by with your question.
Michael, I think you'll be happy to know that all of the rooms at
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels come standard with a small refrigerator for you to use while staying there. Isn't that great? You don't need to do anything special, it will be in your room and cold ready for you to fill when you arrive. I think this is such a great amenity, I know my family and I use the mini refrigerator every trip. If, by chance, your room is not ready when you arrive, Bell Services will be more than happy to store your medication in a refrigerator for you while you wait. This is a complimentary service for you as well!
If you need to bring your medication to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks with you to take, you can actually keep them cold there as well. Each of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks has a
first aid station. There, you can store your medication in a refrigerator for you to take when you need it. I do recommend setting an alarm on your phone when it's time to head back to take your medication because time flies when you are having fun and it can be easy to forget.
First Aid station locations:
Magic Kingdom Park - Located between The Crystal Palace and Casey's Corner restaurants to the left as you are walking toward Cinderella Castle.
Epcot - Inside of the Odyssey Center
Disney's Hollywood Studios - By Guest Services near the park entrance
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park - In Discovery Island close to the bridge over to Africa
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me.
Have fun!
Jackie H.
