Do I have to request a portacrib for a room?

    Hi Denise!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for stopping by with your question about your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!  Your vacation will be here before you know it and I love that you are bringing a little Mouseketeer with you to experience the magic!  It will be a vacation you won’t soon forget, even if the little one doesn’t remember it!

Traveling with little ones always requires lots of gear, that is for sure!  Luckily, Walt Disney World Resort Hotels offer complimentary pack-and-plays and cribs for Guest use, but it is recommended that you request one ahead of your arrival.  If you have already made your reservation, please contact a Cast Member at (407) 939-1936 to have them add the request for a pack-and-play to your reservation.  Since they are available in limited numbers, I recommend doing this as soon as possible to ensure your request is received.

Have you heard about the Baby Care Centers located in each of the four theme parks?!?!  If not, be sure to locate them on the park map as they are the perfect place to change diapers, feed little ones and even just let them MOVE about (since they are likely to be in a stroller or carrier most of the time)!  And if you happen to forget – or run out – of baby care essentials, there is an on-site shop where you can stock up on anything you may need!

Wishing you the most magical and memorable vacations with that little one, Denise!
