Welcome aboard, Sheri! You ask a great question. I'm happy to clarify things for you.
It sounds like you've booked a cruise with your friends, making the vacation even more memorable! If your reservations are linked,
you will be seated together. By both selecting “private table,” you are asking to be seated togehter, with just your two staterooms. Keep in mind that requests are never guaranteed, but I know from experience that they will do everything possible to accommodate your wishes.
Disney added the ability to make table requests on its website. When you are
signed in to your reservation, look for the Special Requests section. Select Make Special Requests > Table Requests. You can select your table preference from the drop-down menu.
When you board, it's a good idea to stop by where dining changes are happening to confirm your request. When my husband and I sailed together, we were seated with three other couples, and it turned out to be such a fun experience. We shared our day’s adventures and enjoyed the camaraderie of dining together.
I hope you have a fantastic voyage! The crew at planDisney is always here to lend a helping hand. Please stop by with any additional questions.
SEAS the adventure!
