how do i request a pack and play for my stay

    Hi Alex!

Welcome to planDisney!  I'm so glad you stopped by to see us as you prepare for your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.  I'm sure you're looking forward to making many magical memories with your little one!

Alex, Walt Disney World makes traveling with even the tiniest Mouseketeers as easy as saying "bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!" Cribs and playards are available at no additional charge to Guests staying at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, subject to availability.  To make my request early, I like to contact a Cast Member ahead of our stay by calling Tickets and Hotel Reservations, and then I follow up at the Front Desk when I arrive.  "Mousekeeping" will even provide sheets during delivery, so you have one less thing to worry about packing!  We like to bring a small blanket and stuffed animal from home just to make the sleeping space feel a bit more familiar for our little one.

Throughout your stay, you'll find highchairs at Disney restaurants, and stroller rentals inside the theme parks if needed.  Don't forget that Baby Care Centers are also located in each of the theme parks, offering the perfect place if you need a quieter place to nurse, feed, or change a diaper.  Baby Care Centers also have many essentials available for purchase, like baby food, formula, diapers, and much more.  Over the years, I've found the Cast Members are wonderfully helpful and accommodating here!

Lastly, I can't leave without sharing one of my favorite tips for meeting characters with little ones.  When it's time to make your dining reservations, I'd suggest enjoying at least one character dining experience during your trip.  Character dining offers a relaxed way to meet several characters in one setting while also enjoying a delicious meal!  I particularly like meals that are served family-style, so I'm not juggling my toddler and multiple plates of food at the buffet.  One of my favorite options is the Garden Grill Restaurant at EPCOT.  While characters are always subject to change, you can usually find Chip 'n' Dale hosting breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, along with Mickey Mouse and Pluto.  It's also a great deal, as kids under 3 eat for FREE at this location!

I hope this information has been helpful, Alex, and that you enjoy a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World this spring!  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney - we're all ears!

    Cheers,
    Kristi
