How do I make a request for a pack and play for my stay

Hello Timothy, welcome to planDisney! It looks like your Walt Disney World Resort stay is not far off, you are going to have such a fantastic Spring visit!

Travelling with little ones is always a bit tricky and knowing where they’re going to sleep can be stressful. Pack and plays are subject to availability (I have never personally had an issue getting one) and requests can be made either through the Chat feature once logged in to the Disney Vacation Club website or you can phone DVC Member Services (have your reservation number handy).

Your visit coincides with one of my favorite festivals: EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. Guests can enjoy spotting their favorite Disney Characters in topiary form, visit the brilliant gardens, dine at the outdoor kitchens, wander through a whimsical butterfly garden (this was a highlight for my daughters!) and listen to the beats of the Garden Rocks Concert Series

Timothy, I hope this helps with your vacation planning. Have a most magical trip and please let me know if you have any other questions!

    See ya real soon,
    Candace
