How can I request a pack n play in my room at the art of animation resort? I can't find an option on my Disney experience. Do I call resort directly?

    Hi Amy,

You may request a Pack 'n Play style crib by calling the phone number listed in this link for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations.  Be sure to have your reservation number handy so the Cast Member who answers your call can assist with your reservation request.  If you used a travel agent to book your vacation then you should contact your travel agent and ask them to place a request for you.

Recently when I did Online Check-in for my family's vacation I noticed there was an option to request a Pack 'n Play Crib for our room during the online check-in process.  Although you do not necessarily need to check-in online in order to request a Pack 'n Play crib it is currently an option available for you as well.

Have a Magical vacation Amy!  Be sure to let us know if you have any further Disney vacation planning questions.  We are always happy to help.

    Blessings,
