How can I request a pack n play? And when will I know if I received the 2 queen beds or the 1 king bed?

Hello, Araceli! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your questions!

I am assuming that you are staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel and if so, you've made a great choice! You will love how close you are to the parks and the Downtown Disney District and you'll adore the charming details that only a Disneyland Resort Hotel can provide. I have stayed at all three hotels on property and each and every room had a pack-n-play already in the room without me having to request one. They are typically stored in a closet and should come with at least one fitted sheet. However, if you get to your room and a pack-n-play is not provided, a simple call to the front desk will quickly rectify the situation.

When you check in, a Cast Member can easily tell you whether your room will have two queen beds or one king-sized bed. You can then make any room requests at that time and they will do their best to accommodate you. You can also call ahead to the hotel to add room requests to your reservation, but keep in mind that they might not always be honored.

Also, if you are arriving before the official check in time and your room is not yet available, you can store your luggage with Bell Services so you can head straight to the parks to get your vacation started!

I hope this helps. Have a magnificent time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
