Hi Friend,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! Disneyland has made great strides in recent years to offer a wider variety of food options for guests.
While specific nutritional information isn’t available online for the quick-service and table-service restaurants at the Disneyland Resort, they are very accommodating when it comes to
special dietary requests. Please note that kiosks and carts typically cannot accommodate dietary needs, but you may be able to ask to see the packaging (such as for ice cream bars or candy bags) to determine if it meets your requirements.
If you have very specific dietary needs, such as low sodium or no added sugar, be sure to share this information with a Cast Member before ordering. They will do their best to assist you. While restaurants make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, they cannot guarantee they will be able to meet all needs. I highly recommend emailing the
Special Diets team in advance to request a Special Diets Request Form. This will help the quick-service or table-service location better prepare for your visit.
You may also want to explore the menus in depth at the locations that interest you. Disneyland has expanded its
vegetarian offerings, which may help support your dietary needs. My fellow panelist
Kriss, is a vegetarian and would be a great person to ask for additional recommendations! If you're looking for healthier options, there are plenty of tasty alternatives. I personally love the skewers from
Bengal Barbecue, and the Herb-Roasted Chicken at
Lamplight Lounge is absolutely delicious.
If all else fails, you’re welcome to bring your own snacks into the park. I’ve definitely brought my own snacks to help make better choices between meals.
I hope this information was helpful, friend! If you have any more questions or need additional tips, feel free to reach out to me or any of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’re always here to help sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your Disney adventure.
Wishing you a magical (and yummy) trip!
