How do I request a lyft for evc

Hi, Jennifer! The most adorable way to arrive at your destination while at Walt Disney World Resort is with Minnie Van Service. The Minnie Vans are usually arranged on the Lyft app or through the link found within the My Disney Experience mobile app. However, to arrange for an ECV- or wheelchair-accessible one, you will need to call Disney's Minnie Van Service directly at (407) 828-3500. They can pick you up from and transport you to any point across Walt Disney World Resort. While hours are subject to change, they are usually available from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

We were able to meet with a Minnie Van Service Cast Member a few months ago and they told us that the ECV-accessible Minnie Vans have a home base near Disney Springs, so it may take a bit for the driver to reach your location. The Cast Member recommended that guests allow up to 45-60 minutes for the Minnie Van to reach them. When you arrange for pick up on the phone, the Cast Member will advise you of the best spot to meet the driver at your location and a general timeframe to look for the cute red and white polka dot vehicle.

Jennifer, if you are not bringing your own ECV to Walt Disney World Resort, have you reserved one yet? Be sure to look over the list of Featured Providers for ECV Rentals. These companies are able to drop off and pick up rentals directly at Disney Resort Hotel Bell Services, making the whole process super easy. I personally used Buena Vista Scooter Rentals last summer when I broke my ankle a few days prior to our trip. The well-appointed ECV was ready for me as soon as I arrived at the resort and all I had to do was drive it back over to Bell Services before hopping aboard Disney's Magical Express back to the airport.

Thank you so much for stopping by with your question! Please let us know if you have any others as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted adventures!
