Can I request a lounge chair for my room at check in time?

Hi Evelyn! Disney has many great Resorts to choose from when planning a Walt Disney World vacation. There are many different types and configurations of the rooms depending on which you select. Some of the larger rooms will have a day bed or a chair bed to add to the regular bed set up. Disney does not offer lounge chairs for guest rooms.

I suggest you look through the resort site and read about each one seeing which might fit your needs the best. Value rooms will have double beds but Moderate and Deluxe resorts will offer queen beds with a few king bed rooms. Many of the DVC rooms will also offer sofa beds.

Please know that you can always call housekeeping for extra pillows if that will help with your situation needing a lounge chair. Hope this helps and hope you can easily select the best resort for you for your magical Disney vacation!
