If I request a king bed at Art of Animation and am lucky enough to get one. Will the room be a wheelchair accessible bathroom or would we have a standard bathroom with a tub?

    Hello Regina,

I am thrilled to see that you have taken the time to visit us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel again and I hope I am able to assist you with your vacation planning questions.

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is beautiful!  We love strolling around the grounds and taking pictures with all of the fun "whose its and whats its!' We also adore splashing at the Big Blue Pool and listening to the magic noises under the water.  The entire resort definitely has a way of "drawing" you in.  I called and spoke with a Cast Member through Disney reservations and was told there are both Handicap Accessible and Standard Rooms which have king-sized beds.  You can call ahead and make a specific request for which type of room you prefer, but as always, there are no guarantees.  Regardless, I hope your stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort is storybook perfect.

If there is anything else I may assist you with in planning your magical trip, please send me another question.  I am here to help! Otherwise, have a wonderful vacation, Regina!

    Pixie Dust to you,
