    How can I request elevator access for my room reservation?

    Hello Jennifer!

    Your magical adventure starts in just a few days! You and your whole gang must be so excited.

    The good news is that most Disney Resort hotels have elevators available. The exceptions can be found at resorts with 2-story buildings: Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. If your stay is in one of these resorts and you require a first-floor room to avoid stairs, I recommend calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and speaking with one of the helpful Cast Members. 

    Fun fact: Did you know that the tallest hotel structure on Walt Disney World property is the Walt Disney World Dolphin? The Dolphins triangular-shaped main tower is an impressive 257 feet tall, while the flat portion of the rooftop is adorned with twin 56-foot statues.
