Typically, electronic receipts are emailed shortly after your purchase is complete. If you haven't received yours, be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there.
If you still can’t find it, don’t worry! You can call 407-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance. If you don’t have your ticket confirmation number handy, they can look up your purchase using other details, such as your name, email address, and the date of purchase.
Additionally, if you assigned your tickets within your
My Disney Experience account, they should automatically appear under "Tickets & Passes." You can check this by logging into your account on the website or in the My Disney Experience app. With your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can scan into the parks right from your smartphone. You can also purchase
MagicBands if you choose not to use your smartphone. MagicBands make it easy to enter the theme parks and use any
Lighting Lane selections that you've made.
