Hi Holly!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited to hEAR you are headed out on a Disney Cruise Line vacation…and it is SO SOON!! Before you know it, you’ll be onboard and headed to the Bahamas for some fun in the sun!
It’s never fun to think about a vacation ending, but unfortunately, that time does come. Believe me, I have tried to figure out a way to stay onboard but reality hits and we come to terms with it! But, not without booking another Disney Cruise Line vacation so that we can take advantage of the onboard booking benefits and have the next adventure to look forward to.
On that final morning onboard, you can opt to carry off your own luggage and participate in “Express Walk-Off”. Disembarkation for Guests that choose this option typically begins around 7:30AM, assuming no delays in getting back to port. Guests that do not choose to do “Express Walk-Off” are called by luggage tag groups, but if you have a reason (early flight, need to get on the road early, etc) to get off with one of the first groups, you will need to alert Guest Services so that they can ensure you are given the proper luggage tags. These luggage tags are placed on your bags when you place them outside your stateroom the night before and then retrieved in the cruise terminal.
If you are planning on disembarking early on that final morning,
Cabanas will be open for you to grab breakfast before disembarkation begins. Otherwise, you can enjoy a seated breakfast with your sure-to-be incredible dining room servers for one last meal together!
Wishing you a magical and memorable adventure with Captain Mickey!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
