How can I request how many days are left on my 4day pass when I have already linked them to my bands and no longer have the actual ticket?

    Hi, Mariely!

I do not know how long you have been visiting Walt Disney World, but way back when, if you had a 5 day ticket, there were 5 boxes on your ticket, and the cast member at the gate actually had a dated rubber stamp they would use when you entered a park. OK, it seems a bit old fashioned, but it was much easier to determine your remaining park days! Boy, I think I just dated myself on that fun fact!

So onto your ticket. To see what you have without having the physical ticket, I suggest calling the internet help desk at (407)939-7765. You will need to have the email address associated with your My Disney Experience account. Hopefully they will be able to help you. Just as an FYI, if you did have a physical ticket, you could check it by sending in your info via email.

Unless you purchased your tickets a while back when the "no expiration" was available or you have some other special ticket option, your tickets would have expired 14 days after the first use. If unsure, call to check. You just never know how many magical days you might have out there!

Wishing you many happy visits to Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
