Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nikki! I'm happy to answer your question!
As part of Disney's unwavering commitment to providing an inclusive environment and accessible experiences to all of our Guests, the Disability Access Service (DAS) is a tool provided at the Walt Disney World® theme parks to enhance the service we provide to our Guests with disabilities.
The Disability Access Service (DAS) pass must be collected at one of the main four theme park Guest Relations offices, Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom. I suggest you mention this situation to the Cast Member when you collect your
MagicBands; they might be able to work some magic for you. Otherwise, you will request your DAS pass at the first theme park you visit. Should you need special assistance before obtaining this special pass, just speak to the closest Cast Member and explain the situation, they will do anything in their power to provide you with any personal accommodations you may require.

I wish you and your family a fabulous vacation! Please come back with more questions if you need to.
See ya real soon!
