Can you request a DAS pass at Guest Relations in Disney Springs ir or does it need to be at the parks? We are planning to collect our Will Call tix and Magic Bands from Disney Springs and it would be handy if we could do the DAS bit at the same time

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nikki! I'm happy to answer your question!

As part of Disney's unwavering commitment to providing an inclusive environment and accessible experiences to all of our Guests, the Disability Access Service (DAS) is a tool provided at the Walt Disney World® theme parks to enhance the service we provide to our Guests with disabilities.

The Disability Access Service (DAS) pass must be collected at one of the main four theme park Guest Relations offices, Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom. I suggest you mention this situation to the Cast Member when you collect your MagicBands; they might be able to work some magic for you. Otherwise, you will request your DAS pass at the first theme park you visit. Should you need special assistance before obtaining this special pass, just speak to the closest Cast Member and explain the situation, they will do anything in their power to provide you with any personal accommodations you may require.

I wish you and your family a fabulous vacation! Please come back with more questions if you need to.

    See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
