Can you request a DAS at Guest Relations outside of MK or must you do it inside the park? I am staying at the Grand Floridian and hope to get one outside the park so we can hit the attractions first thing at MK the next day.

Howdy Danielle! Thank you for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The Disney Parks Disability Access Service is an amazing provision for many who really need this service. To obtain this special service, you will find Guest Relation s at the entrance of the parks and they will be able to assist your entire party, the locations are listed in the link above in "Guest Relations". The process is very quick but I highly recommend having your entire party present with the guest receiving this service. Then off to the attraction!

April is going to be an amazing time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! There are so many fun and new things going on in the month of April. The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom! There will be beautiful topiary displays, Outdoor Kitchens offering amazing flavors, and live entertainment to keep your feet moving to some throwback beats! This festival is definitely a family favorite in my home.

Also in April, Mickey Mouse will debut in his very first attraction! Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway is going to be a zany adventure with Mickey and the gang! This will be a must-do for the entire family!
