How do I request cribs and adjoining rooms prior to arrival?

    Welcome to planDisney, Theresa!

With having a Mouseketeer of my own, I understand the concern for where they’ll sleep on vacation! But don’t worry, it’s really easy to make sure you have a crib secured for your upcoming trip!

The tried-and-true way I reserve adjoining rooms and cribs for my stay is to call a Cast Member that specializes in Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936. You’ll be able to request adjoining rooms and a crib from there! While these amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis, you will want to make that request as soon as possible, Theresa!

I’d also recommend downloading the My Disney Experience Mobile App so you can access Online Resort Check-In! You should be able to complete Check-In very soon! Also remember to explore EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival while you’re visiting! You won’t want to miss the new Mac & Eats booth! The Truffle Macaroni and Cheese with Herbed Panko looks out-of-this-world! (You can view the Marketplace menus on the My Disney Experience Mobile App by selecting the “Learn More” button on the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival banner on the homepage, and then selecting “Global Marketplaces” from there!)

If you have additional questions, Theresa, we’d love to hear from you again at planDisney!
