Ahoy there, Cole!
Thank you so much for sailing by planDisney with your special request question. I love that you are already thinking ahead for your cruise. In just a couple of short months, you will be out on the open sea with that ocean breeze in your hair and your little one taking in all the magic. As a mom of two who has cruised when my kids were much younger, I can tell you it is such a special time. Watching their eyes light up when they see their favorite Disney pals, discovering that soft-serve ice cream is available all day, and exploring every corner of the ship together are moments that make vacation so unforgettable.
So, Cole, let’s jump right into your question. The good news is that you can absolutely
request a Pack ‘n Play or similar convertible crib for your stateroom. There are a few ways to do this. The easiest way is to sign into your reservation on the Disney Cruise Line website, go to
My Reservations, and select Special Requests, where you can fill out the request form. If you happen to forget before you sail, you can ask
Guest Services once you are onboard, though I usually recommend requesting it in advance, since these items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Another helpful item you can request is
bed rails. We have requested both bed rails and the convertible crib on past sailings, and both worked wonderfully for our family. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our little ones had a safe and comfortable place to sleep after a full day of character hugs, deck parties, and late-night strolls for ice cream.
Cole, I hope you and your family have the most magical time at sea. If you have any other questions, feel free to sail back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Christina
