How can I request a crib in our room? Hold times are over 40 minutes and there is no way to do it on the app.

    Welcome to planDisney Sarah!

I am sorry for your long hold time. Cast Members are working hard to speak to each and every guest. However, I am glad you reached out to your pals here at planDisney as the team here is happy to help when we can!

A pack-n-play can be requested when you complete Online Check-in prior to your arrival. Online Check-in can be found on your My Disney Experience under "My Plans." During the Check-in process, click on "Amenity Requests" you can select the option of needing a crib for your little one. Please note that by "crib" this will most likely be a pack-n-play. There are some cribs available, but usually it is the pack-n-play that is provided. If you prefer a crib, or if there is not a pack-n-play in your room upon arrival, simply call the front desk and housekeeping will assist you.

While in the theme parks, you may want to stop by the Baby Care Center located in each park. These are the perfect place for changings, feedings, and freshening up baby! There are even rocking chairs which were magical for me when my kids were babies. Stroller Rental is also available if needed.

Wishing you and your little Mouseketeer a wonderful visit and many sweet dreams!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
