How can I request the coco restaurant on my first day of my cruise?

Welcome to planDisney, Julissa. Your cruise aboard the Disney Treasure is right around the corner! And you're going to remember it for a lifetime!

Dining rotations are assigned to each stateroom, and you'll find out your dining schedule when you log into the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app at the port terminal or when you board the ship. If you're hoping to enjoy Plaza de Coco on the first night of your cruise, I would recommend that you contact Disney Cruise Line before your sailing to make a note of your request. Just keep in mind that these requests cannot be guaranteed. If a change is possible, your entire rotation would be adjusted so that you can continue to experience all of the wonderful dining locations onboard during your voyage.

If you're trying to change your dining rotation so that you don't miss out on a particular experience due to a conflicting premium dining reservation that you've made, you can see if the night or time of that reservation can be changed once you board the ship. While the representatives are usually stationed in Triton Lounge for these types of requests, just ask one of the Cast Members once you're onboard, and they'll direct you to the appropriate place. Once again, these requests cannot be guaranteed, but they will do their best to help you out!

While I have not yet been on the Disney Treasure, I have been on one of its sister ships, the Disney Destiny. And one thing both of these ships have in common is the best Disney lounge I've ever been to: the Haunted Mansion Parlor. If you could have seen my face when I first walked into this ghoulishly delightful space, you would have seen complete euphoria. I turned to my husband in that moment and said, "I'm never leaving." Once inside, you are completely immersed in the Haunted Mansion through the theming, the drinks, and the servers. And while I did leave eventually, you better believe I went back multiple times throughout the cruise! Needless to say, I highly recommend paying a visit to the 999 happy haunts that call this lounge home.

Julissa, enjoy your Disney Cruise Line adventure. If you have any other questions, feel free to send them to me.

    Hurry back,
    Matt
