    I want to request a certain room with my upcoming reservation

    Welcome to planDisney, Kristine! 

    I’m so excited to see that you have an upcoming vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth planned for next month! WOOHOO! Oh, I hope you have a wonderful time. Spend some time on the Disney Parks Blog familiarizing yourself with all of the current news from Disney World. You’ll be visiting during EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, so be sure to bring a hungry tummy with you on your vacation! 

    Making a room request is most easily accomplished during the online check-in process that you will be prompted to complete before your arrival within the My Disney Experience App. Room requests are usually available during this online check-in process, but if you do not see it as an option for your reservation, I have another solution! Open the “Chat” feature within the My Disney Experience App and ask a Cast Member directly to add your request to your hotel reservation. 

    Remember that requests are offered based on availability, so there’s no guarantee that your request will be granted. Please note that Cast Members will do their very best to try and align your vacation with all requests made, though!
