    Can I request a certain room at the resort?

    Hi Kathy!

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    You can definitely request a certain room at Walt Disney World, but there are no guarantees that you will be able to get it.  They usually add it as a request for that room or one that is similar.  I have received both when traveling, the exact room on some trips and similar rooms on others.

    The best way to do this is to have a reservation specialist do it for you over the phone. You can reach them at 407-939-1936.  Here is a link to the Walt Disney World Phone Directory should you need further assistance.

    Today (June 21, 2016), the availability to book packages for 2017 opened up, so the wait for an agent may be particularly long.  If your reservation isn't soon, you may want to wait a few days before calling.
