Can we request a certain location for our rooms at the All Star Sports resort? My kids are big hockey fans and it would be fun to stay in that area. Not sure if and how to request this?

Hi there! Sara, as you know, Disney’s All Star Sports Resort is the perfect place for your hockey fanatic! Specific room requests can be made through the Disney reservation service by calling (407) 939-1936, speaking with a Castmember, and making your request. Then a special note will be made on your reservation. Also, you can add requests to your reservation through the online system, My Disney Experience. A few days prior to your arrival, it would be good to call reservations again to remind them of your request, as no request is guaranteed. Last, the day you check-in, you should kindly remind the Castmember at the front desk that you had a special room location request and they will do their best to add this pixie dust to your vacation, based upon availability. Sara, as you know, Disney’s All Star Sports Resort is the perfect place for your hockey fanatic!

Specific room requests can be made through the Disney reservation service by calling (407) 939-1936, speaking with a Castmember, and making your request.
