    Can we request a certain building we want to stay in at Pop Century? I have tried to access my booking online via disney but not recognizing my reservation number...

    Hello Angela,

    While they cannot guarantee a specific room or building, you are able to make requests with your resort reservations. And from my experience, Disney will make every attempt possible to accommodate that request.

    Don't worry if Disney does not recognize your reservation number online. Sometimes when you book with other agents like AAA the numbers vary from system to system. I suggest calling  407-939-7675 to speak to a Cast Member about your reservation and about any requests you might have.
