how do I request a certain building in a resort after I've already booked a room on line

    Hello, Leon,

To request a specific building at a Walt Disney World resort, I would call Walt Disney World at (407) 939-5277 and ask that a notation indicating the building and/or buildings you'd like to be in be placed on your reservation. Then when you are about 3-5 days out from your arrival date, you can call the resort directly and ask to speak to either the back office or a room assigner where you can reiterate your building request.  And finally, if you find that upon your check-in that you are in a different building that you had hoped for, you can share with the front desk how much you'd like to be in another building.  If you have a few options, that should increase the odds of being able to fulfill your request.  Please keep in mind, too, that there are no guarantees with building requests.

Thank you for your question; please let us know if we can help with any further ones. I'm sending some pixie-dust your way so that you get the building you'd like to be in for your trip!
