How can I request bedrail ?

    Hi again Jeslyn,

Thank you for coming back to planDisney with another great question.  When my daughter was younger, we always made sure to request bedrails during our stay at Walt Disney World Resort, it gave us peace of mind that she was safe and we all slept more soundly during our visit.

In order to request bedrails, I recommend calling your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel Directly and ask the Cast Member to make note of your request in your file.  Please remember that your request is not guaranteed and is first come first serve, however we have always been able to request bedrails without issue.  The majority of the time when we arrived at our Resort Hotel Room the bedrails were already waiting for us!  If you don't wish to make that phone call prior to your arrival, you could always just ask the Cast Member once you check in for bedrails, and the Cast Member will do their best to accommodate your request.

I hope this information was helpful, Jeslyn.  As your vacation approaches, please come back to planDisney and let us know if we can be of further assistance, we are always here to help.
