Hi Jack,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a terrific question. I am a big fan of adult-only meals as a great way to relax, reconnect and enjoy some of the wonderful fine dining and adult entertainment options at Walt Disney World, so I hope that I can help you out.
If you are looking for child care during your adult night out, Disney has you covered! There are a number of
Children's Activity Centers throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, including
Lilo's Playhouse at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Children ages 3 - 12 can enjoy a host of different activities, including science experiments, cooking class, and themed parties just to name a few. I recently visited Lilo's Playhouse a few months ago and was so impressed with all of the games and activities for the children and by the friendliness of the terrific Cast Members. In fact, I was kind of jealous that I wasn't able to stay and participate in all the fun.
If you plan on leaving your children to enjoy a dinner out, you will be happy to know that meals and snacks will be provided to your children at Lilo's Playhouse, and in fact, are included in the cost. Currently the fee per child is a flat rate of $55 for the duration of the evening. To reserve a spot for your child, simply call (407) 939-7529.
If you are looking for something new and exciting to enjoy during your adult time, you may want to consider the
Highway in the Sky Dine Around. This 5 course dining experience will allow you to dine in style at all three Disney Monorail Resorts during an unforgettable epicurean adventure. Whatever you decide, wishing you a wonderful adults night out!
