    how do I request amenities such as extra pillows or blankets in my room. what other amenities are available upon request

    Hi Dianne! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    There are so many benefits of staying at Disney Resort Hotels! One of the reasons that you will always find me smiling while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort is because I have always experienced cast members who have been happy to help me have the time of my life. I feel that they have gone out of their way or done their absolute best to assure that our needs were met.

    There are two ways that you can put in special requests. First is when you check in. If you complete the online check in, I believe there is an area for special requests. If you choose to check in once you arrive to your resort hotel, you can also ask the cast member to relay your request. The second option is when you enter your guest room, use the phone on the nightstand and press the housekeeping button. A cast member will take your request and deliver them right to your room! I always find that we need additional blankets, pillows, and towels for our stay. The cast members have always been helpful and happy to help!
