Can you request an air mattress in a villa?

Hi Alexandra, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am happy to hEAR you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort and are planning to stay in one of the spacious “home-away-from-home” style accommodations available through Disney Vacation Club.

I spoke with Guest Services and confirmed that unfortunately air mattresses are not available upon request at any of the Disney Vacation Club Villas. However, there are still plenty of different types of accommodations available, including Deluxe Studios (which sleep up to 5 Guests plus one infant), 1 Bedroom Villas (which sleep up to five Guests plus one infant), 2 Bedroom Villas or Bungalows (which sleep up to nine Guests plus one infant), or even 3 Bedroom Villas, sometimes known as “Grand Villas” (which sleep up to 12 Guests plus one infant).

While air mattresses and cots are not available, all Villas come equipped with a Pack ‘n Play Portable Crib as part of the standard room amenities. Typically you will find the Pack ‘n Play Cribs located in one of the closets in your Villa. If for any reason the Crib is not there upon Check-In, simply contact the Front Desk who will be able to dispatch one to be sent to your room for your length of stay.

I hope this information is of assistance as you consider your best options for Disney Resort hotel accommodations. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to drop us a line. We would love to hEAR from you!
