Can I request 2 adjoining rooms with at least one of them having a shower only in the bathroom?

Hello, Blair! Welcome to planDisney! I am so glad you’ve stopped by with your question. I’d be happy to help you optimize your summer vacation plans.

When preparing for a stay at a Disney Resort Hotel, there are several ways to make room requests. The first is during the booking process. There is a step in booking where you may enter details about the party traveling with you and request nearby rooms. There are also a few other selections possible, such as higher floors, near transportation, etc. There will likely not be an option to select bathroom type at that step in the booking process. However, you can also call Disney Reservations after you’ve made your reservation to make your request. Requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed. The last way to potentially improve the chances of a special request is to remind the Front Desk on the day of check-in and reiterate your requests during the Online Check-In process.

Blair, I hope this information helps you solidify the best Resort Room type for you and your loved ones! In preparation for your travels, make sure that you make your Park Pass Reservations if you have not already done so, and update the My Disney Experience Mobile App to the latest version to navigate your adventures with ease! And please know that we are here for you during every step of your planning, and it would be our pleasure to see you here again soon!

    Wishing you many magical moments,
    Clara
