    I reported our Magic Bands lost. How do we get them replaced?

    I am sorry you lost your MagicBands! The good news is that you can pick out new ones with super fun colors and designs!

    MagicBands are no longer complimentary with your Walt Disney World Resort reservation, but there are many ways to get new ones. Under your My Disney Experience account, you will find a tab for MagicBands. You can order online with some designs at a discounted price. If you do this early enough, your bands can be delivered right to your home prior to your vacation.

    MagicBands are also available for purchase at shopDisney.com where you will find many adorable options. You can also wait until you arrive at Walt Disney World and purchase MagicBands at just about every gift shop you see!

    If you prefer to go without a MagicBand, you can use Disney MagicMobile Service and use your phone to access your Theme Park Tickets, charge to your room, and even open the door to your room at your Disney Resort Hotel! I have my Theme Park Tickets in my wallet app on my phone and they link to my Apple watch so my watch is now my MagicBand for my tickets. Now that's a feature I really love!

    You can also pick up a card at any ticket window or Guest Relations and use that in lieu of your MagicBands. Your options just go on and on so decide what works best for you!
